Qwen Book puts Qwen inside a computer
At its Apsara Conference, Alibaba showed Qwen Book, a computer built around Qwen Desktop OS, its models, applications and cloud services. In a company-described example, a user asks by voice or stylus for changes to a presentation. Qwen Book retrieves the deck, finds the relevant slide and applies the requested edits; the user can review and approve them on a phone. Alibaba has not said when Qwen Book will ship or how much it will cost.

QwenNote A2 is already on sale
The QwenNote A2, an update to the DingTalk A1, went on sale September 22 through Tmall for RMB 1,199. Alibaba lists six microphones, an eight-meter pickup range, a weight of 67 grams and up to 40 hours of continuous transcription. The company says the device encrypts audio in transit and deletes it after transcription, retaining text and summaries.
Glasses and earbuds are due in October
Alibaba also announced its Qwen Glasses N1 and N1 Pro and Qwen Clip earbuds for China. The glasses have a 50-megapixel camera, with eye tracking on the N1 Pro. Qwen Clip adds translation, note-taking and voice tasks. Preorders for both opened September 22; Alibaba scheduled retail sales for October 13.
International availability remains unclear
The announcement does not provide international prices or availability. Product specifications and the Qwen Book workflow come from Alibaba; the company has not supplied independent performance or privacy evaluations.
